Soft Peruvian Locks

For a full head of Soft Locks we recommed:

 

3 packs for lengths 12" - 16"

4 packs for lengths 18" - 22"

5 packs for lengths 22" & longer

 

Our Locks are sold by weight and each piece weighs approx 100g/3.5oz. The longer the length the shorter the width of the track, which means you will need more pieces for longer styles to ensure thickness/body and less pieces for shorter styles.

 

Some customers find they use 1/2 - 1 less pack then recommended where a lace closure or frontal is used. We recommed that you purchase extra pack where unsure to ensure you do not run out of hair during your hair appointment.

 

We offer a refund on unaltered/unused pieces returned to us within 7 days of receipt subject to our T&C's.

Just like your own hair, virgin hair requires moisture rich washes and deep conditioning treatments to help maintain natural softness, bounce and texture.

 

We strongly recommend applying heat protector before using heat styling tools.

 

Please remember that excessive use of heat and any form of chemical processing can cause damage to your hair which will shorten their life expectancy.

 

Installing Your Locks

We recommend this be done by a professional hair stylist (contact us for referrals).

 

Avoid cutting the weft as if the weft is cut in anyway the threading binding the hair to the weft is likely to loosen - causing the hair to fall away (also known as shedding).

If cutting of weft occurs, seal the ends with weft sealant or hair glue.

Washing Your Locks

We recommend moisture rich conditioner wash every 2 weeks.

 

A monthly overnight deep conditioning treatment is also recommended.

 

Always squeeze product through the length of the hair.

 

NEVER rub hair vigorously as this may cause unnatural tangling.

Comb conditioner though the hair to detangle and smooth out strands, starting from the bottom. Leave in for a minimum of 30 mins.

Air dry hair whenever possible or use minimal heat. This will help to maintain the hairs natural state and ensure longevity.

 

Maintaining Your Locks

We recommend minimal use of products and regular washes whenever product is used.

 

Spray on water mixed with light leave in conditioners sparingly to maintain moisture and seal in the moisture with natural oils.

 

Bendy rollers work best when applied to slightly damp hair and left in overnight.

 

ALWAYS use heat defence/protector sprays before heat styling your hair with curling tongs or straighteners.

 

Whilst sleeping, ensure hair is wrapped in a silk scarf to prevent friction causing breakage or tangling.

We offer refunds on unworn, unused, untampered  items in their original state and packaging returned to us within 7 days(UK) and 14 days(Outside UK) of receipt.

Refunds can take up to 5 days to appear in your account once issued.

Postage costs will not be refunded.

Full refund including postage offered on faulty hair/goods.

The faulty item must be returned to us for review before refund will be issued.

Refund will not be issued if the hair has been altered in any way which may have caused the fault.

We offer exchanges on unworn, unused, untampered items in its original state and packaging returned within 14 days(UK) and 21 days(Outside UK) of receipt. You will need to cover the postage costs for the exchange replacement.
